Schedule Your Own Session

Here we describe how tutors can setup their own tutoring sessions with one student.

After logging in, click on Schedule Tutoring Session on the left sidebar. You will be taken to a page with this form:

Fill out the form with the relevant information and click Save Schedule.

PARTNERSHIP DROPDOWN

If this session is part of a partnership, please remember to select that partnership because it will help us in reporting and keeping tutoring sessions associated properly to the partnerships they belong to.

You can edit these sessions by clicking on the My Schedules tab on your dashboard. It will look like this:

SETTING UP A TEST SESSION

If you would like to setup a test session to simulate how the notifications will appear when you actually tutor, click on Schedule Tutoring Session and in the student dropdown, start typing Dummy Student 1 and select that student.

You can schedule the session for whenever you would like and click Save Schedule. Come back when the session was scheduled for and you'll see this notification:

Click Start Session and you'll be taken into the virtual classroom.
