Partnership Coordinator Responsibilities

These are the responsibilities on the school end for whoever will be the point person with the LTB Partnership.

Student Names (First, Last) and Desired Times

In order to match your students with tutors, we will need their full names and the desired times they would like to be tutored (up to 2 days per week).

Slack Account

You will need to join Slack, which is our internal communication tool. One of our coordinators will send out an invite to you. We promise that it will make it VERY easy for us to communicate when you are on Slack. It's an amazing tool that will allow things to run very smoothly.

Student Attendance On The Morning Of Tutoring

We expect that you'll be able to tell us which students won't be able to make it on the day of tutoring. This is important as we would like to tell our tutors as far in advance so they aren't showing up for tutoring when their student won't be there.

Our tutors are all volunteers so we want to keep them engaged as much as possible.

Setting Up and Monitoring Sessions

During tutoring sessions, it's not always possible for us to be there in person. We expect there to be a school coordinator there to provide the students with all necessary equipment (computers, headsets, microphones, etc.) to join the tutoring session.

Replacing Absent Students

If a student is absent more than 3 times, we would like to remove that student and hopefully replace them with a more motivated student who you think will benefit from the tutoring.
