How To Join Partnerships

There are two locations where you can see the list of students available for tutoring:

On your dashboard right when you login (http://www.learntobe.org/p). You will see a tab that says Students Who Need Your Help and in that table, you'll see students who are available.
When you visit http://www.learntobe.org/p/partnerships/recruiting. Here you'll see the same table with a listing of students. (See image below)

Under the Weekly Commitment section you have the option to check a box beside the
time you are available to tutor. For example, I'd like to tutor on Tuesday at 3:00 pm and have checked the box which is now blue. To confirm this as your tutoring time,
click Join.

In some cases you will see that a student needs tutoring twice a week as shown below.
Ideally we'd like to see students paired with the same tutor for both weekly sessions. So, if I
can tutor on both Tuesday AND Thursday at 3:00 pm, I will check both boxes beside these
times and then click Join.

At the top of the page you will see a notification highlighted in green confirming that your new partnership is pending. An administrator will review your pending partnership and if accepted you'll receive an email to confirm. Sometimes the partnership will be rejected and in this case you'll receive an email explaining why. For example, if a tutor is able to meet with the same student twice a week and you were only able to meet once, preference will be given to the other tutor.
